Your First
Visit
During your first appointment a comprehensive dental examination which includes an oral cancer screening
will be completed. The exam is comprised of a detailed and thorough check of the teeth, gum tissues, and its supporting bone.
A complete set of x-rays will be taken. All information we obtain will be carefully assessed to accurately determine
your dental health. We will discuss our findings with you, and explain our recommended plan for treatment. Immediate
needs as well as long-term objectives will be considered.
Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only.
We appreciate the value of your time and, with the exception of emergency situations, you can expect us to be on time for
you. We will confirm your appointment one or two days prior to your scheduled visit. There is no charge for rescheduling appointments
provided a 24-hour notice is given.
Financial Arrangements
Full payment is expected by the time services are completed.
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard. To make dental care more affordable we participate in many insurance
plans as a PPO provider. Our office will file the insurance claim for you and accept the assignment as a partial
payment toward your bill. We request that you pay that portion which your insurance will not cover at the time of service.
If you would like to know what your expected insurance coverage will be, we will be glad to submit a pre-treatment estimate
for you.
Please
understand that your dental insurance policy is a relationship between you and your insurance company, not between your insurance
company and our office. We can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage, but we'll do our best to see that you receive
your maximum benefits.
Referrals
We are always happy to meet new patients, and we thank you for your
consideration. It gives us great satisfaction to know that you believe highly enough in our services to recommend us to your
family and friends. You can be assured they will be treated well.
Emergency Treatment
Unfortunately, circumstances
can arise when emergency care is required. When you are in pain, or have discomfort from your mouth or teeth, that is our
immediate concern. All emergencies will receive immediate attention and care.
